Meeting on the island of Frioul (shuttle to get on your own)
Briefing material activity and grip equipment. After an introduction to basic maneuvers allowing you to be familiarized with the equipment, you will put the boats in the water. In company of your guide, you will discover a multitude of calanques, stories on the Frioul site and will be able to contemplate Marseille that you will see.
A navigation from creek to creek and in these places full of history : the If Castle, hospital Carolina, Degaby island.
Swimsuit, cap, closed shoes, bottle of water (1,5L/pers), t-shirt, sunglasses with link, sweater or wind jacket, energy bars.
Plan to take the maritime shuttle from Marseille Vieux-Port (10,80 € / pers, go and return) at 1 quai de la fraternité - 13001 Marseille. Arriving on the island, you will have to head to the shed located pretty close on the right by taking the road "chemin de Saint Estève".
