The Cave of Manon is a cavern proposed caving discovery.
It is a horizontal cave that does not require any technical equipment. This cavity offers many playful passages and punctual difficulties.
If you are looking for a more adventurous speleology, go see the Grotte de Méounes. Supervision by a State Patent and lending of caving equipment included: Helmet with lighting, collective equipment, Speleological protection suit, transport bag for underground.
After having met your guide, you will go to the parking of the cavity (2,8 km of the Camp du Castellet). The approach walk to the cave is in 20 minutes. On site, your instructor will take everything in hand, he will present you the richness of this exceptional site. Highly appreciated by young people, this cave is ideal for groups and families.
Warm and light clothes (jogging or sports tights), a pair of shoes that can get dirty or a pair of boots, water bottle, a tie if you wear glasses, an elastic if you have long hair. Provide complete spare parts for the end of the day.
On the parking lot of the Bakery: "the Mill of Maltes". It is located about 100m before the Carrefour du Camp du Castellet between RND8 and D2 when coming from Cuges-les-Pins
